Home Acne Treatment Advice and info
Perhaps that time has not come yet when our, Gods would listen to the beats in our hearts, peace and happiness spread their glow, perhaps we would have to force Mother Time?.
Over-the-counter or natural acne treatments?
I have acne on my chest… and shoulders, it looks terrible they’ve actually turned into sores going across my body, I don’t have any acne on my face or anywhere else though. I use moisturizing soap, and that’s it. I try not to shower too much and lose my skin’s natural oils, I’m in my late teens and a girl.
I want to be able to wear NORMAL clothes!!!!! >_<
Is there any natural or over the counter acne treatments I can buy that will actually work? My family wouldn’t take me to the doctor ;~;
Choosing treatments depends on your skin type, not the severity of your acne. Healthy skin will take to any kind of treatment. Unhealthy skin might need some chemical help. And by "Chemical", I mean OTC acne products.
Change your diet a little. Eat less sugar and salt-based foods and eat more fruits and vegatables. Drink lots of water too. Don’t go overboard with the water though. So many people believe in the 8×8 myth. Look at it this way: if you’re feeling bloated from trying to reach the proper amount, it’s too much. Your body will tell you when to drink, it’s called thirst.
And do keep your chest and back clean. You do not want the bacterias to spread around and make more pimples.
Try using small percentages of adaphalene gel or benzoil peroxide. And by "small", I mean: keep it under 3%.
Warning about benzoil: you could be using it for awhile and then just randomly get some red patches on your skin. Stop using it then and get some adaphalene. That’s good for everyone.
Okay, your parents do need to take you to a doctor. If the acne stays it will cause very very deep untreatable scars across your body which can be covered via plastic surgeory.
However, I recommend taking Zinc tablets…they helped for me. You need to wash the areas reguarly but try not irriate them.
Cetaphil is a product that was recommened to me by a specialist and it works great! Should be able to purcahse in any supermarket or pharmacy. Its a wash type thingy in a white container
If they’re turning into sores…get your GP immendiatly…its free and can easily be treated….

i’d talk to them about seeing an dermitologist (skin doctor). i have acne on my face and if you go to a derm. you can get perscribed acne treatments. i am taking acne pills and using cream. also you should get good soap to use in your broken out areas. lastly WASH YOUR FACE CHEST AND SHOULDERS OFTEN!!! you dont have to be in the shower or anything but it’ll help them. oh one last thing. people say dont pop them… i know its probly not the best thing for them but if you have a white head expesialy! then try to pop them then clean them out.

I’ve been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it’s at.
I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.
I’m 29 years old and have been suffering from these little pests since I was a teenager. I tried all sorts of face washes from the local grocery store and what not, but nothing seemed to work. If anything it would just make my skin dry and itchy.
Literally the best acne face wash I’ve ever used has been this stuff called clearpores. It has got rid of the acne to quickest and has been a success ever since I got it. It’s unique cause of it’s herbal supplement you take a long with it that helps your skin from the inside out. I saved money on it at skincleansingsystem.com at the time which was helpful.
You should really look into this stuff and if you can to assure the best results, get the 3 month supply because if it doesn’t work it will still save you butt on the return policy.
Well good luck and best wishes.
