Perhaps that time has not come yet when our, Gods would listen to the beats in our hearts, peace and happiness spread their glow, perhaps we would have to force Mother Time?.
What are good OTC acne treatments for combination skin?
I have combination skin-oily T-zone area with the rest is normal/dry with mild acne. Every time i use any cleasner my skin gets dry and flaky but about an hour after that my T-zone is oily again and the acne doesnt ever really clear up. What kind of otc product should I use because my acne is mild?
Everyone skin reacts different to treatments. I’ve used some of the free tips from http://www.healthadvicetopics.com/acne.html and it’s helped me be acne free for two months now. Sometimes you need to try more than one solution.
Acne has nothing to do with your skin. If it did, then why are millions of people who are treating their skin every single day through various means with acne? Why, despite all the stupid, retarded advice that everyone repeats over and over again, do people still get new breakouts. Why are you waking up with new pimples everyday??
It’s because acne is caused by problems inside the body. Everything, every, single thing about your skin: the pimples, the dry skin, the oily skin, EVERYTHING is merely a symptom of problems inside your body.
Picture it like this. When you have the flu, does the doctor say you have a stomach problem causing your nausea, a skin heat problem causing your fever, a throat problem causing your coughing and a nose problem causing your sneezing? Of course not, the flu virus is the real culprit and it’s causing every other problem in the body. Everything else is merely the symptom of the real problem.
Acne is the same exact thing. You can worry about your skin all you want. You can put all the product you want onto your skin. See how far it get’s you. Feel free to ask the millions of other people that have done the same thing and see how far it got them.

If you like to just put up with your acne and love not being able to look people in the eye because you’re worried about what they think about your pimples, then feel free to keep treating your acne the same exact way that’s worked "oh so well" for everyone over the years.
Or you could deal with the real problems causing your acne and get rid of it forever. Your choice

I personally recommend cutting dairy out of your diet completely that includes milk, ice cream, yoghurt, cream etc This is because you drink the hormones in milk which come from a pregnant cow which means you may be getting an overdose of these hormones which are then producing pimples/acne. Some peoples bodies can tolerate while others cant.
Secondly, 2-3 times a week squeeze fresh lemon and put it directly on your skin. Let it dry for at least 20mins then wash it off with warm water. It will sting but it will leave your skin soft and fresh it will also help get rid of scarring over time. There is no FAST treatment but try these and i guarantee you will see results in at least 2 weeks.
I have dealt with acne for 5 years these were the only two treatments that worked after MANY MANY trial and errors.
GOOD LUCK!

Hi,
Definitely Benzoyl Peroxide (BP). But considering your dry skin, it is best for you to begin with the 2.5% version of BP. Begin application with smaller amounts, then increase as your skin gets used to the BP.
Hope this helps.

Some of the most effective treatments for acne are over the counter acne products. These products are literally easily within reach that more and more people suffering from acne are giving up their expensive prescription medicines for these more affordable acne solutions. Over the counter acne products are not only generally less expensive, but they are also usually just as effective with minimal bad side effects.
Before deciding on self-medication, there are a number of things to consider before buying an over the counter acne product. You will be choosing among hundreds of acne products, all proclaiming that they are the best. It is not enough that you just go and buy the best-selling product or the most expensive brand. Here are 3 simple steps to help you choose the right over the counter acne product for you.
First of all, evaluate the severity of your acne. Do you have a few pimples and possibly a smattering of whiteheads and blackheads? Then you might have mild acne. Or maybe you have more than a few pimples, some red spots, and perhaps acne scarring in some areas of your face? You could be diagnosed with moderate acne. If you have a major breakout of pimples and lesions that are scattered all over your face, then you might be suffering from a severe case of acne. Knowing how mild or how severe your acne is can help you choose the right acne products that contain the right ingredients to treat your acne.
The second step is to analyze your skin type. Is your skin dry and flaky, or clogged and oily, or maybe a combination of the two? Those who have dry skin will benefit most from over the counter acne products that are in cream or gel form. These will treat acne and hydrate the skin at the same time. Those who have oily skin should stick with acne products that are in the form of a wash or liquid. Water-based products will wash away excess oils and will not clog pores. Combination skin types need to be spot-treated, which means use water-based products for oily skin and then moisturize the dry areas with cream or gel products.
The third and last step is to define your goals for treating acne. Do you just want to prevent acne? Then use the proper skin care products. Is your objective to get rid of your current pimples? There are mild over the counter acne products that are made specifically for that purpose. Do you want to achieve smooth, crater-free, and scar-free skin? There are many acne treatments that minimize scarring and clear away existing acne scars.
Regular usage of over the counter acne products may take a couple of weeks to a few months before they start showing any effects. It is important to read the product’s packaging first to know the proper dosage and application. You might have to go through a number of over the counter acne products before you find the right one that works for you. Just remember not use two products at the same time without the guidance of a doctor.

Good Luck !!
I’ve been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it’s at.
I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.
I’m 29 years old and have been suffering from these little pests since I was a teenager. I tried all sorts of face washes from the local grocery store and what not, but nothing seemed to work. If anything it would just make my skin dry and itchy.
Literally the best acne face wash I’ve ever used has been this stuff called clearpores. It has got rid of the acne to quickest and has been a success ever since I got it. It’s unique cause of it’s herbal supplement you take a long with it that helps your skin from the inside out. I saved money on it at skincleansingsystem.com at the time which was helpful.
You should really look into this stuff and if you can to assure the best results, get the 3 month supply because if it doesn’t work it will still save you butt on the return policy.
Well good luck and best wishes.
