Acne Treatments?
Okay so I was gonna go on acutane, but didn’t because of all the copays and lab fees associated with it. Now I am finally able to afford the prescription I would have to re do my lab work, go back for two more pregnancy tests. I just can’t all that time off for work. Is there anything else the works out there??? Please don’t say proactiv bc that doesn’t not work… i have acne not occasional zits. clindamycin didn’t seem to work either… it is soooo frustrating.
I am aware of the side effects. I have heard about the depression and have informed people around me that if I start getting depressed they need to make me quit the drug. I think I am gonna go thru all the BS again and start the process over again. thanks for all your answers.
I know how you feel. There are many options as you already know, what common factors that determine the which products you should try is: the type of skin, allergies, type of use. Me, for example, have combination skin, dry and oily. I have acne, and stay out in the sun for longer than 20 minutes (even driving). I use and LOVE DERMALOGICA!!!!! I use the ANTI-BACTERIAL FACE WASH, followed by a TONER, then all over my face I put CLEARING GEL, at night I put SPOT TREATMENT, for three months my skin hasn’t been the best but it has been maintained. See, for having acne for 5 going on 6 years now, off and on, I know my acne problem is a hormonal problem, can be genetics, and my diet. So acne won’t completely clear unless I seek professional help and maintenace which costs, and can’t be an option for me as of now. Good luck.
try Juliets acne wash…its all natural and smells great. I have very sensitive skin and it does not bother my skin at all.

Did you know "Peppermint" helps to open pores and allows them to be cleansed from the inside. This means pores appear to be smaller giving you a more youthful appearance.
